Description of Services
Westend Solve LLC provides residential remodeling and construction services, including but not limited to kitchen remodeling, bathroom remodeling, exterior remodeling, basement finishing and remodeling, home additions, deck building, full home renovations, and new construction, serving the Metro Atlanta, Georgia area. By requesting a consultation or estimate or contracting our services, you agree to these Terms of Service.

User Responsibilities
As a client, you agree to provide accurate information regarding your property and contact details. You must ensure safe and clear access to your property for our team to perform consultations, inspections, and construction services.

Acceptable Use
You agree not to use our website or services for any unlawful purpose or in any way that could damage, disable, or impair our website or interfere with any other party’s use of our services.

Payments & Billing
Payment terms for remodeling and construction services will be outlined in your individual service contract or estimate. Any financing arrangements are subject to separate terms provided at the time of agreement.

Intellectual Property
All content on the Westend Solve LLC website, including text, graphics, logos, and images, is the property of Westend Solve LLC and may not be used without prior written permission.

Disclaimers
While Westend Solve LLC strives to provide the highest quality craftsmanship, we make no warranties beyond those explicitly stated in your final service contract.

Limitation of Liability
Westend Solve LLC is not liable for pre-existing structural damage or issues unrelated to our specific scope of work. Any warranties provided apply strictly to the services and materials detailed in your final contract.

Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Westend Solve LLC, its owners, and employees from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your misuse of our services or violation of these terms.

Termination
Westend Solve LLC reserves the right to terminate or suspend access to our services at our discretion, including for violation of these terms.

SMS Messaging Terms
When you opt in to receive text messages from Westend Solve LLC through our website chat widget, you can expect to receive messages related to responses to your inquiry, appointment confirmations and reminders, estimate and project updates, and customer service communications.

You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Just text “STOP” to the number you received messages from. After you send the SMS message “STOP” to us, we will send you an SMS message to confirm that you have been unsubscribed. After this, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us. If you want to join again, just sign up as you did the first time and we will start sending SMS messages to you again.

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

As always, message and data rates may apply for any messages sent to you from us and to us from you.

Governing Law
These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Georgia. Any disputes relating to these terms and conditions will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Georgia.

We had a great experience working with Chi at WestEnd Solve Construction on our complete bathroom replacement. The finished bathroom turned out absolutely beautiful.

Chi installed a full tile shower, tile flooring throughout the bathroom, and a beautiful glass shower door, and the quality of the finished work really shows. Everything came together cleanly and professionally, and we couldn’t be happier with the final result.

Just as importantly, Chi was communicative throughout the entire process, polite, professional, and dependable. He kept us informed as the project progressed and delivered the completed bathroom on the deadline he originally set for us, which we greatly appreciated.
